The Cecil County Landlord Association was formed in 2003, with the intention of promoting and fascilitating rental investment, and other real property ownership in the Cecil County area. Our efforts include local and state political representation of landlords, continuing education of landlords and providing opputunities for landlords in the county to share ideas and pool their resources in a united effort.
