Cecil County Landlords' Association is a place where landlords in the county can share ideas and pool their resources to unite as one. As a group, we can more easily influence the political decisions that are being made that will affect all landlords. The Cecil County Landlord Association was formed in order to promote and recognize rental, investment, and other real property ownership in the Cecil County area. Before CCLA, real property owners and investors had to voice their concerns as individuals. CCLA brings those individuals together to share their thoughts and concerns. With over 100 members, collectively those concerns can be addressed. CCLA sponsors educational seminars in the county. We also bring speakers in to listen to and address landlord's concerns.
